Franklin Street Taps South Florida Director
Tampa-based Franklin Street tapped Dan Dratch as its regional managing director for South Florida, according to a press release. He joined Franklin Street in 2015 and has been working as a member of the multifamily investment sales team in South Florida, the release shows.
In his new role, Dratch will oversee leasing, investment sales, capital advisory, insurance, project management and property management, according to the release. The move comes seven months after Franklin Street founder Andrew Wright returned in March to the CEO role, according to Tampa Bay Business Journal. Wright had stepped down from the CEO position in early 2022.
El-Ad National Properties hired German Cabieses as managing director for its Alina Residences project in Boca Raton, according to a press release. He will manage the 9-acre, 303-unit community, which is expected to be completed next year, the release shows.
Cabieses was previously a managing director for Peninsula Community & Residences in Aventura with the Castle Group for seven years, LinkedIn shows.
Ricardo Dunin tapped sales directors for his Domus Brickell Park project, a spokesperson confirmed. Cervera Real Estate’s Paulina Inostrosa is sales director, and Ruben Alvarez is international sales director for the project.
Dallas-based Stream Real Estate Partners hired Shay Pope as managing director and EVP to continue its South Florida expansion. He previously worked with CBRE for 11 years, according to a press release.
Pope joins Newmark veteran Greg Katz in Stream’s new South Florida office.
