Yes, Gisele Bundchen is going all 954 on us.
The 43-year-old supermodel, or at least an entity linked to her, has scooped up a sprawling estate in Southwest Ranches, aka horse country.
Price tag: $9.1 million.
The seller was represented by Chad Bishop and Saddy Abaunza Delgado with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, while the buyer was represented by Laura Valente with Global Luxury Realty LLC.
As you’d expect, you get a pretty styling crib for all that hard-earned dough.
The wisteria and ivy covered nine bedroom, nine bath home spans 5,183 square feet (plus a separate guest apartment if the fam from Brazil comes to visit).

“The property features an abundance of privacy and space for entertaining and family fun,” said Bishop, of ONE Sotheby’s. “This coupled with the impeccable design of the home, it was an undeniable match.”
Bundchen’s daughter Vivian with ex Tom Brady will likely be thrilled about mom’s purchase. The 10 year old is often photographed showing off her riding skills up in Wellington, home to numerous stables and high-profile equestrian competitions, a little further north in Palm Beach County.
The new home, which sits on 7.5 acres, is a horse lover’s dream, with state of the art equestrian rink and 10 hay filled stalls.
Other stellar highlights include a fireplace; floating glass staircase; infinity pool with hot tub; outdoor kitchen with hibachi, barbecue and pizza oven; tennis courts — and, if her new neighbor from Fort Lauderdale Lionel Messi wants to swing by, a soccer pitch.

Bundchen is just snapping up real estate faster than a crypto bro during the pandemic. Last fall, amid her divorce from Brady, the fashion icon bought a $1.25 million, three-bedroom “cottage” in Surfside, and then a few weeks later, a larger, more luxurious place, in the same beachside town.
Both of those homes are within minutes of Indian Creek Village, where Brady is putting finishing touches on his massive bachelor pad, with neighbors who include Jeff Bezos, Karlie Kloss and Ivanka Trump.
Southwest Ranches is approximately 30 miles west of so-called Billionaire Bunker, which, in Miami traffic could mean an hour plus drive to exchange the kids and do pickups/drop-offs. Our thought is that this new house could be a weekend getaway.
“The community of Southwest Ranches is known for it’s vast acres of land and gorgeous estates,” said ONE Sotheby’s Delgado. “You won’t find anything of this magnitude with this much space in Miami.”
