Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Finally Sell Their Miami Mansion for $15M
Singer-songwriter Joe Jonas and his “Game of Thrones” actress wife, Sophie Turner, have finally unloaded their Miami manse for a reduced $15 million.
The celebrity couple bought the 10,416-square-foot home back in 2021 for $11 million and hired designer Sarah Ivory to help redesign it.
In November 2022, they turned around and put the six-bedroom residence back on the market for $17 million.

“The home has an incredible Cali-meets-Bali vibe,” says David Pullman, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, in a statement. The place is “Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired but with a tropical twist. It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami, being such a vibrant city, it was a perfect fit.”
Pullman’s statement reflects the home’s impeccable vibes. The property’s listing indeed noted that the “waterfront architectural masterpiece” was designed to be “reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations.”
