Just imagine this housewarming party.
The owner and co-founder of Miami’s famed — and exclusive — nightclub E11EVEN, and area real estate mogul, Marc Roberts just shelled out $19 million for a sleek Miami Beach home.
Occupying, 7,000 square feet, the waterfront property features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Features include a light-filled foyer with a 26-foot-high ceiling and a floating white oak staircase. The great room boasts waterfront views.
The chef’s kitchen has Calacatta stone, and appliances with Miele and Wolf labels.
On the second floor, in addition to the bedrooms, is a media lounge.
As for outdoor features, there’s a 37-foot-long pool, an oversize hot tub and an al fresco kitchen.
Perks additionally include a chilled wine room, a custom bar, an elevator, a three-car garage and a rooftop terrace, the previous listing notes.
“My wife and kids wanted to have a home on the water where we could put our boat and jet skis in the backyard with much more space than our current penthouse,” Roberts told The Post.
“The Pine Tree Drive house is brand new construction, unbelievably well-built and fully furnished, with a beautiful location. Best of all, my partner Michael Simkins’ triple lot house is next door. We just knew this was ‘the house’ we have been looking for over the years.”
E11even is a 24-hour ultraclub that debuted in 2014. It has garnered lots of media attention for the A-list guests it has welcomed over the years.
It was where, in August 2016, Drake and Rihanna — who just welcomed her second baby — were spotted kissing. In February 2020, Post Malone reportedly gave away $50,000 in singles to the crowd inside.
Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the seller in this transaction.
The club is also known as the first to accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
In 2021, the club ventured into residential housing.
