designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels.

Nooyi, 67—who is the former CEO of food and beverage giant PepsiCo and a current board member at Amazon and the International Cricket Council—paid almost $6.4 million for the five-bedroom apartment in 2016 alongside her husband, Raj, records with PropertyShark show.

They listed the contemporary home in January for $12.4 million with Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty, who couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.

Spanning almost 5,000 square feet, the apartment features textured wallpapers, exotic stones, hand-lacquered doors and bright pops of color that stand out against the home’s otherwise neutral palette.

There’s also a chef’s eat-in kitchen, a suede-upholstered media room, more than 1,200 square feet of terraces, an office with custom European oak millwork, and a primary suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a floating tub.

A deed for last week’s sale has yet to be made public, and as such, Mansion Global couldn’t identify the home’s new owner, who was represented by Chad Carroll with the Carroll Group at Compass. Carroll declined to comment on the deal.

Nooyi, who in 2021 released her memoir, “My Life in Full: Work, Family, and Our Future,” could not be reached for comment.
