“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star Josh Flagg is on a real-estate buying spree.

The celeb Douglas Elliman broker and his business partners, Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld, have plunked down $4.25 million for a Miami vacation home at 4727 N Bay Road.

The Mediterranean-style villa was last asking $4.45 million.

Following his divorce from Bobby Boyd — a Versace and Calvin Klein model turned real estate broker — last year, Flagg bought another 1926-built similarly Italian-styled home in Beverly Hills that had been asking $9.2 million.

But, we hear, Flagg has since been house hunting for something new in Beverly Hills or Bel-Air.

Flagg, who has been on “MDLLA” since it first aired in 2006, is the grandson of Edith Flagg, an Austria-born American fashion designer, exec and philanthropist who fled the Nazis and was known for introducing polyester fabric to the US in 1967.

The newly purchased, gated Miami home comes with a pool and palm trees — all on less than a quarter of an acre.

At 3,441 square feet, it features four bedrooms, a den and 4½ baths.

The North Bay Road villa has plenty of palms and a pool.

Details include a large living area with vaulted, wood-beam ceilings, large windows and an eat-in chef’s kitchen.

The listing broker is Luxe Living Realty founder Dora Puig.

The buyers — Flagg, Rubin and Shanfeld — were repped by Jordan Karp, founder of Jordan Karp LLC.
