Park Grove Closing Leads Miami-Dade Weekly Condo Sales
Miami-Dade County condo sales and dollar volume rebounded during the first full week after the fourth of July holiday.
Condo dollar volume reached $118 million last week, up from $56 million the week prior. Brokers closed 149 sales, likewise a jump from 90 sales closed the previous week. Condos sold for an average price of $795,000, higher than the $619,000 average a week earlier. The average price per square foot slipped to $534 from $1,125, according to data from condo.com.
A condo at Park Grove topped the charts. Unit UPH-A at 2821 South Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Coconut Grove sold for $17.5 million. Jessica Adams with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Angelina Escorcia with Luxe Properties represented the buyer. The unit sold for $2,526 per square foot after 314 days on the market.
The Bath Club unit 1807, at 5959 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, took second place at $4.6 million. Filippo Incorvaia with FL Real Estate Brokerage had the listing. Daniela Pellicciotti with Condoideas Realty Group represented the buyer. The condo spent 282 days on the market and sold for $1,555 per square foot.
