Fendi Château Closing Leads Miami-Dade Weekly Condo Sales
Miami-Dade County condo sales and dollar volume dropped last week, while the average sale price and price per square foot rose.
Condo dollar volume reached $101 million last week, a drop from $126 million the week prior. Brokers closed 116 sales, compared to 184 sales the previous week. Condos sold for an average price of $867,000, higher than the $684,000 average a week earlier. The average price per square foot rose to $568 from $532, according to data from condo.com.
Fendi Château clinched the top spot. Unit 406 at 9349 Collins Avenue in Surfside sold for $19.8 million. Ximena Penuela with Clarte Realty, and Michele Redlich with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer. The unit sold for $3,453 per square foot, after spending 67 days on the market.
Oceana Bal Harbour unit 806, at 10201 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, took second place at $7.9 million. Jeremy Milgroom with Grafeno had the listing, and Toni Schrager with Brown Harris Stevens represented the buyer. The condo spent 15 days on the market and sold for $3,000 per square foot.
