Construction Permits In Process At Excel Miami – The Next Miami

Construction permits have been applied for at Excel Miami.

Excel is planned as a 26-story tower near the Arsht Center.

Correspondence from Miami Dade’s DERM to developer Clearline Real Estate last week shows that a drainage well has been proposed at the site.

There’s also a construction permit application that was submitted to Miami’s Building Department in February.

According to the Building Permit filing, the project includes 427 multi-family rental units, 1205 square feet of office/bank/financial institution space, and four floors of parking.

Suffolk Construction is listed as the contractor.

The project had a UDRB hearing in March.

Arquitectonica is the architect.
