What are some of your most satisfying successes of the past year, and why?  Professionally, some of our most satisfying successes have been to work on the $1.225 billion sale of the former Miami Herald site and the $1.5 billion redevelopment of the Hyatt in downtown Miami.  Personally, we have enjoyed spending more time with family and friends and with community involvement.
