The Miami Dolphins’s new cornerback Jalen Ramsey is saying goodbye to Los Angeles, where he had played for the Rams since 2019. Ramsey has listed his home in the celebrity-favored Hidden Hills enclave for $13.995 million. He bought the 10,000-square-foot mansion from “America’s Got Talent” host Howie Mandel for $9.5 million in 2020. Virginia’s Housing Market Had Its Slowest April in More Than a Decade

Last month was the least-active April that Virginia’s real estate market has had in more than 10 years. Over the course of the month, 8,252 homes were sold in the commonwealth, a 31.2% decrease from last year, according to the April 2023 Virginia Home Sales Report. A lack of supply is partly to blame: Typically, April brings more new listings to the market, but higher interest rates kept sellers at bay. Dubai Could Reach AED 300 Billion in Sales This Year, Real Estate Agency Predicts

A 62% increase in the number of high-net-worth individuals, or HNWIs, living in Dubai from 2012 to 2022 has placed the city’s real estate market on pace to reach AED 300 billion (US$81.69 billion) in home sales this year, according to to Unique Properties, one of Dubai’s leading real estate agencies. The emirate has more than 68,400 HNWIs in residence, and with such individuals increasingly flocking to the U.A.E., the country’s prime real estate segment is flourishing, the agency said. Beach Home in Sydney Relisted With A$10 Million Price Cut

A waterfront home on Sydney’s northern beaches has been relisted with a price guide that’s about A$10 million (US$6.6 million) below its original ask. Known as Celeste, the mansion in Avalon Beach with its own foreshore, moats, bridges and a chic boathouse was relisted earlier this month with a price range of between A$40 million to A$44 million, according to the new listing agent, Ken Jacobs of Forbes Global Properties.
