Bugatti Ventures Into Real Estate With Luxurious Dubai Residential Tower

Bugatti is following Bentley and Aston Martin into the real estate game, with a special, highly luxurious residential tower that is set to be located in the heart of Dubai. The building is being designed by the Binghatti architecture firm.

The design of the tower won’t be revealed until May 24, but, in a teaser, Bugatti says that it will be characterized by its “bold and complex” aesthetics. In addition, Binghatti has worked to bring “the same craftsmanship and artistry” that the automaker applies to its vehicles to the building.

“When you open the door of a Bugatti and sit inside, you know instantly that it’s very special; something truly incomparable,” said Muhammad Binghatti, the CEO of Binghatti. “Only a select few will have the opportunity to experience this, and with Bugatti Residences, we wanted to translate this feeling into a highly exclusive retreat in the heart of the metropolis.”

The building is intended to bring the serenity of the French Riviera to the city noted for its luxury and love of supercars. Working with Binghatti, Bugatti is endeavoring to continue the spirit of exploration and openness that defined the company early on in the modern era. The company’s founder, Ettore Bugatti, was known for curating the finest foods, furniture, and architecture for his clients.

“It almost seems like fate for our two companies to have come together. We share a vision of what a Bugatti branded residence should be,” said Mate Rimac, Bugatti’s CEO. “Muhammad Binghatti has a profound appreciation for the world of automotive design and luxury as well as a talent for creating iconic architecture.”

Bugatti is far from the only automaker to dip its toes in residential design. Bentley is behind a residential tower in Miami, while Aston Martin put its name on a $7.7 million home in New York.

Bugatti and Binghatti will reveal what their vision of luxury living looks like on May 24, when they launch the Bugatti Residences at an event hosted at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
