Shakira is joined by Lewis Hamilton and his entourage of friends

Shakira had some familiar looking company as she ventured out for a picturesque cruise along the Miami coastline on Wednesday. 

Just hours after crossing paths in a local restaurant, the Colombian star was joined by Formula 1 ace Lewis Hamilton and an entourage of pals as they boarded the yacht outside her $20million waterfront mansion. 

Shakira, single following her bitter separation from former FC Barcelona and Spain footballer Gerard Piqué last June, looked relaxed in a breezy lilac co-ord while gingerly following Hamilton, 38, onto its modest deck. 

The singer, 46, was seen accepting Hamilton’s offer of a hand, with the decorated Mercedes driver promptly getting to his feet as she climbed aboard. 

They were accompanied on the cruise by heavily tattooed American fencer Miles Chamley-Watson, one of Hamilton’s closest friends. 

Just hours earlier Shakira turned heads while making her way into Miami’s Cipriani restaurant, where Grand Prix ace Hamilton was dining out with Chamley-Watson and an extended group of friends. 

Footage from the night shows Formula One fan Shakira greeting the Mercedes driver, who acknowledges her with a smile as she is ushered past his table. 

While the singer is understood to be single following her separation from Piqué, Hamilton has been romantically linked with Brazilian model Juliana Nalu. 

The 24-year old – who previously dated rapper Kanye West – has already been seen at the Grand Prix Paddock in Miami and was understood to be with Hamilton at California’s Coachella Music and Arts Festival in May. 

However she appeared to be absent on Wednesday, with the driver apparently favouring the company of his close friends as they cruised the Miami coast. 

The She Wolf singer paraded around in beige sandals and she kept her iPhone in hand.

She was caught smiling at her pals as they chatted en route to the loading dock.

Shakira carefully stepped down into a MasterCraft X24 boat, which costs upwards of $233,100 brand new.

Once everyone was aboard, the boat drifted out onto the water where Shakira and her crew soaked up the sun.

Shakira’s late afternoon outing comes just one day after it was revealed that Cruise is romantically interested her.

The duo were seen in Miami this past weekend at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami, where they posed for photos together.

An insider told Page Six that the actor, 60, ‘is extremely interested in pursuing’ Shakira as ‘there is chemistry’ between the pair.

The South American songstress, whose full name is Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, parted ways with longtime love Gerard Piqué, 36, last summer amid allegations he had cheated on her with the woman he wound up dating following the split, Clara Chia Marti, 24.

The Hips Don’t Lie singer ‘needs a soft pillow to fall on, and that could be Tom,’ the source told the outlet of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One star, describing him as ‘a nice-looking guy, and… talented.’

The source noted of the stars, ‘And she isn’t taller than him,’ as the Top Gun: Maverick star is 5-foot-7 while the Grammy-winner is 5-foot-2.

The Hollywood veteran sent flowers to the Whenever, Wherever artist after they crossed paths at the auto racing event in South Florida Sunday, the outlet reported.

The pair were seen chatting on the starting grid of the race and in a private hospitality suite.

Shakira is mother to kids Milan, 10, and Sasha, eight, with Pique following their 12-year romance.

Cruise is father to three kids: Isabella, 30, and Connor, 28, with ex-wife Nicole Kidman; and Suri, 17, with ex-wife Katie Holmes.

Cruise was in the headlines this weekend after was named the winner for Best Performance in a Movie for Top Gun: Maverick at Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards.

He was nominated against Austin Butler (Elvis), Florence Pugh (Don’t Worry Darling), KeKe Palmer (Nope) and Michael B. Jordan (Creed III).

Cruise showed off his trademark showmanship as he delivered his acceptance speech from the air in a jet.

‘Hi, everyone, thank you so much for this award,’ Cruise said. ‘I make these films for you. I love you. I love entertaining you. How much you enjoy it, how much you appreciate it. There is no better feeling and I hope you enjoy this.

He continued: ‘Dead Reckoning coming out in July. It’s a wild ride. Have a wonderful summer. Thank you again for letting me entertain you. It’s an absolute privilege. We’ll see you at the movies.’

Cruise is also gearing up for promotional trail for the first installment, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, which is slated to his theaters in July.

Cruise, who is known for doing his own stunts, initially began developing his passion for flying during the production of his 1986 blockbuster Top Gun. He initially received his pilot’s license in 1994.

Top Gun: Maverick hit theaters in May of last year and garnered $1.49 billion including $718 million in domestic revenues.
