Nicholas Landera

Nick Landera is a Managing Director in the Financial Advisory Services Group. He has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, providing business consulting, forensic accounting, litigation support, and expert witness services for a wide range of matters, industries, and clients.

Nicks experience includes a range of engagements, including large multi-national investigations, class-action litigation consulting, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, and other complex commercial litigation matters. He also has extensive experience in valuing businesses for estate and gift tax purposes, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Nick has worked across various industries, including real-estate, petrochemicals, healthcare, construction, mining, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, and entertainment. He has served as an expert witness in various jurisdictions.

Nick has been recognized for his contributions to the area of forensic accounting and business valuation through honors and awards including the Standing Ovation Award by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Top CPAs in litigation support by the South Florida Legal Guide, and 40 Under forty honoree by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick was a director at a national accounting firm where he consulted clients and counsel on complex litigation engagements, business valuation, and forensic investigations.
