Jamie Foxx throws mom a lavish 80th birthday dinner in Miami
Jamie Foxx treated his mom to a lavish dinner party at Miami steakhouse Prime 112 in celebration of her 80th birthday on Monday night.
An insider tells Page Six that the “Ray” actor threw his mom, Louise Annette Talley Dixon, an “epic” and “beautiful” birthday dinner for a group of 20 people in the restaurant’s semi-private wine room.
“There was champagne, steak, seafood, and desserts galore being brought to the table all night long,” the source said. “Everyone went away stuffed and the desserts came out in a big presentation with everyone singing ‘Happy Birthday.’”
The group enjoyed several sweets, including fried Oreos, multiple types of large cakes and a peanut butter Snickers pie — all of which came out with birthday candles for the guest of honor.
And we hear Fat Joe and Shaquille O’Neal, who were dining separately at the hot spot, both came over to give Foxx’s mom a big birthday hug.
Foxx, 55, later shared on Instagram that he gifted his mom with a massive gold and silver Rolex watch for her milestone birthday.
The “Django Unchained” star posted a video of his mom wearing the pricey timepiece as she danced to the song “Rolex” by Ayo & Teo.

“Happy birthday mom,” Foxx said in the video before her other family members and friends wished her the same.
Several of Foxx’s friends and fans flooded the comments section to gush over the beautiful birthday present.

“That’s so beautiful and she deserves it!” one person wrote.
“Your [sic] a Magnificent Son 😍,” a second person commented, with a third agreeing, “Your [sic] a good son. Now u need someone to spoil you 😉🤗.”
“Wonderful to see Mr Foxx treating his mother so well. She looks very well and content. Happy birthday to you!” added another.
Foxx has had a complicated relationship with his mom, who turned 80 on New Year’s Day.
Shortly after the “Unpredictable” singer was born, his mom abandoned him and he was adopted and raised by his grandparents, Estelle Marie Nelson and Mark Talley, who have both passed away.
Foxx later tracked his mother down and reconnected with her in 2000, according to the Daily Mail.
The Grammy winner also revealed that his divorced mom and father, Darrell Bishop, both live with him now under one roof.
