Gloval Shipping Group Redefines Miami Presence with New 43,410-SF Lease at Beacon Logistics Park Arranged by Cushman & Wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has arranged a new 43,410-square-foot lease for Gloval Shipping Group at Beacon Logistics Park (BLP),
a six-phase development project in Hialeah that is one of South Florida’s newest logistics and distribution built-to-suit parks.
Gloval Shipping Group will be relocating from another space in Miami and partially occupy Building B located at 9210 W 43 rd Ave. Building B is part of the fourth phase of BLP’s development and will total 129,600 square feet when delivered in June 2023.
Wayne Ramoski and Gianluca Billau of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Gloval Shipping Group, in the lease negotiations. Sebastian Juncadella and Jose Juncadella of Fairchild Partners represented the landlord, Codina Partners and USAA Real Estate.
“Finding the right space for Gloval’s business that met the right operational objectives was imperative and BLP met all their criteria. The park offers state-of-the-art amenities for industrial and commercial users and the flexibility for tenants to occupy spec spaces that are completely tailored to them,” said Wayne Ramoski, Executive Managing Director out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office.
BLP is catered to companies operating in the manufacturing, import/export, logistics solutions, and shipping spaces. With more than 1.3 million square feet of space spread across six buildings once complete, the park will have build-to-suit opportunities and include plenty of cubic storage space; expanded truck courts; efficient building systems to move goods more quickly (60-foot speed bays and 54-foot-wide column spacing); foreign trade zone compliance; and easy access to Miami International Airport, Port Miami, and Port Everglades.
