Brickell’s First High-Rise Tower Partially Powered by the Sun in High Demand as Consumers Snatch Up Luxury Residences
South Florida is seeing high interest in ultra-luxury residential projects. One project, Brickell’s first high-rise residential tower partially powered by the sun, is seeing so much demand that it’s now converted its reservations to contracts after a short amount of time.
“Buyers are gravitating toward developments that offer vast amenity spaces they do not have to share with hotel guests that feature a wide variety of high-end amenities, such as expansive wine lounges, immersive wellness spaces equipped with highly personalized concierge services, and family-friendly common areas for all to enjoy,” said Yamal Yidios CEO of Miami-based real estate development firm Ytech.
