A penthouse in Gold Coast, Queensland, once owned by the late Jack Brabham, an Australian racing driver who was the Formula One World champion in 1959, 1960 and 1966, has changed hands. The duplex unit, with three bedrooms and four bedrooms, was on the market for A$3.9 million (US$2.64 million). The buyer was a local family looking to upgrade, according to listing agent Lucy Cole of Lucy Cole Prestige Properties, who did not disclose the final sale price.
