Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are moving out of their luxury condo rental in Miami’s Surfside neighborhood, with the six-bedroom duplex slated to hit the sales market in 2023 for $18.8 million. The couple lived in the apartment while renovating the Indian Creek mansion they bought in 2021 for $24 million. Fuller, a businessman and politician who served as Massachusetts governor from 1925 to 1929. His son, Peter, bred thoroughbred racehorses on the farm, including the 1968 Kentucky Derby winner Dancer’s Image and 2007 Racing Museum Hall of Fame inductee Mom’s Command. The unit has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a 1,500-square-foot salon, 12-foot ceilings and far-reaching views of Central Park. Dozens of units at the tower have sold well below their asking prices, including one that closed for $43 million in August, a lofty discount from its asking price of $63.8 million. A penthouse in Gold Coast, Queensland, once owned by the late Jack Brabham, an Australian racing driver who was the Formula One World champion in 1959, 1960 and 1966, has changed hands. The duplex unit, with three bedrooms and four bedrooms, was on the market for A$3.9 million (US$2.64 million). The buyer was a local family looking to upgrade, according to listing agent Lucy Cole of Lucy Cole Prestige Properties, who did not disclose the final sale price.
