Man shot in Miramar, appears to have crashed in Miami Gardens

Miramar, FLA – Police are investigating a shooting in Miramar that left one man injured.

According to the Miramar Police Department, a man was shot and transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.

A source close to Local 10 News says that the victim was shot several times and is in his 30′s.

Officers did confirm that there were multiple scenes in this case.

Our cameras capturing a vehicle collision where the incident ended in Miami Gardens, along State Road 7 and Northwest 2nd Avenue.

There were also several evidence markers placed by shell casings on the ground.

It appears that the victim may have tried to drive off after he was shot, before crashing, but we are working to confirm that with police.
