Following her speedy divorce from Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen has reportedly purchased a spacious waterfront home in Miami’s swanky Surfside community, conveniently located just across the bay from the under-construction property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island that her ex seems to be keeping. 

The newly single supermodel splurged on the 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom Florida abode, paying $11.5 million – in cash – for the mortgage-free deal. Oh, how the other half lives.

Nestled on a private cul-de-sac, the Barry Sugarman-designed pad boasts 25-foot ceilings, a stone-wall fireplace, gym area, movie theater, and glass-enclosed office space. Out back, the 92-foot stretch of waterfront property features a patio, pool, and private dock, making it especially easy for the model and NFL star to boat across the creek for co-parenting duties.
