It’s the start of the busy season for South Florida real estate, and brokerages are choosing their fighters.

Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate brokerage Native Realty brought in Adriana Lilly as vice president, the firm announced. Native poached Lilly from Weston-based KoRes, where she had been since April. Prior to KoRes, Lilly spent nearly six years at Morris Southeast Group, also based in Weston, where she was vice president. According to a release from Native, Lilly closed $50 million in deals last year.

On the residential brokerage front, Lucrecia Lindemann left Dezer Platinum Realty to launch her own Side-backed brokerage, Destaca. Lindemann spent nearly a decade with Dezer Platinum Realty, where she was vice president of sales and worked on sales for the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach.

With Destaca, Lindemann will target the luxury market in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, according to a release. Lindemann is the latest in a recent slew of Miami agents ngstarting their own brokerage brands with San Francisco-based Side.

Douglas Elliman nabbed two new names in Miami. Silvia Lopez de Mesa and Sarah Desamours are both joining the brokerage. Lopez de Mesa has more than $2.2 billion in career sales, according to a release, and is currently selling units at Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. Desamours comes from Allure Realty, which she joined after leaving Compass in January.
