Terriers Fall To Miami In 2022-23 Road Opener

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Senior Sydney Johnson and junior Kelsi Mingo each scored 11 points, but the Boston University women’s basketball team was stymied by the University of Miami in an 81-46 loss on Sunday afternoon at the Watsco Center.
 
Senior Maren Durant and junior Caitlin Weimar each posted seven rebounds, with the latter dishing out a team-best four assists.
 
Latasha Lattimore recorded a double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds, both game-highs. Destiny Harden scored 14 points.

BU returns to Massachusetts and visits UMass Lowell on Wednesday (Nov. 16). Opening tip is set for 7 p.m.
