Lizzo Reportedly Buys Harry Styles’ Former Beverly Hills Mansion for $15M
Sizzling hot hip-hop artist Lizzo will have plenty of room to throw her hair back and check her nails now that she’s purchased a $15 million Beverly Hills, CA, mansion once owned by fellow chart-topper Harry Styles, according to Dirt.
But then again, who wouldn’t appreciate this modernist treehouse-inspired residence designed by Sam Gnatovich and Alexi Rennalls, the husband-and-wife team behind L.A.’s design-build studio Simo Design.
In fact, actor Jon Hamm and socialite Nicole Richie are among the celebrities who own homes done by Simo Design, Dirt notes.
Remodeled residence
The architects behind Simo Design bought the property from Styles for $3,175,000 in 2016. They razed the original house, which was built in 1967, and created a new aerie they christened Oak Pass. They sold it for $11 million in 2019.
And just three years later, the home traded hands once more when Lizzo landed the cool crib.
Let’s take a look inside.
Swanky spot
Built mostly of wood and glass, with stone and other natural materials added for style, the home was designed to reflect its natural environment.
It sits on a hillside lot in a gated community, surrounded by oak trees, some of them more than a century old.

The modernist home offers 5,442 square feet of living space. It has three spacious bedrooms, three full baths, and two powder rooms.
Among its more notable and unique features is the open-air atrium with a live tree in the dining room.
The gorgeous primary suite is a spacious wing of its own, measuring 1,000 square feet. It extends over the outdoor spa and open-air dining area below.
There’s a beautiful, naturally lit gallery, which could be converted into a recording or dance studio.
Lizzo and her posse will most certainly enjoy the high-tech, soundproof home theater with a sleek fireplace.
The home’s design takes advantage of its hillside lot, where a 58-foot infinity pool is hidden from the view of outsiders. Lizzo’s A-list neighbors will now include Jessica Alba, Lisa Vanderpump, and Channing Tatum.
Lizzo, 34, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, rocketed to superstardom a mere three years ago. That’s when she released her third studio album with hits such as “Juice” and “Tempo.”
She’s since created an extensive collection of Grammy-winning music, and she won an Emmy for her reality competition show, “Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.”
Before her break-out success, Lizzo trained as a professional flutist and struggled to work her way into the hip-hop industry. She also famously had a stint living in her car. Those days are long over.
