Child Hospitalized After Dump Truck Collides With School Bus in Southwest Miami-Dade – NBC 6 South Florida

Police are investigating a Thursday morning crash in southwest Miami-Dade involving a dump truck that struck the back of a school bus and sent one child to the hospital.

The crash took place just before 7 a.m. near the intersection of Southwest 168th Avenue and 336th Street.

A NBC 6 viewer sent in video of the crash, where the the dump truck could be seen to have collided with the back of the bus.

Police have not released any details on the crash, adding the pediatric patient as airlifted to Jackson South Trauma Center.
