Pinecrest Sees Increase in Development as Population Grows

The Pinecrest neighborhood in Miami-Dade County has seen many new residents coming to the area since the COVID-19 pandemic began due to its high-quality lifestyle and vast acre lots compared to areas closer to downtown. That increase is prompting developers to invest in the area, one of which is renovating retail and office property. 

Miami-based Limestone Asset Management has started a $4 million renovation of Pinecrest Town Center located at 12651 South Dixie Highway. Last year, Limestone Asset Management in a joint venture with Orion Real Estate bought the property in March 2021 for $32 million.
