Ms. Livingston is a well-respected Florida attorney. She currently focuses her practice on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and transactional matters in the global financial, Fintech, debt relief and emerging digital currency sectors.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jessica represented a broad range of clients, from individuals to small businesses to national companies, primarily before state courts in complex litigation matters as well as transactional matters, to include breach of contract disputes, business tort disputes, trademark disputes, real estate disputes, and more.
