Winston & Strawn, Baker McKenzie Sign Leases at 830 Brickell: ‘We Are Committed to Miami’

As major international law firms increase their presence in South Florida, they’re increasingly selecting 830 Brickell, a new office tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

Chicago-based Winston & Strawn is marking the firm’s largest expansion in five years with a 35,000-square-foot lease at the tower, while Chicago-based Baker McKenzie has signed an 18,000-square-foot lease.
