The Miami Marlins have some surprising historical WAR leaders.
The catcher with the most career WAR is J.T. Realmuto with 13.9 Realmuto played for the Miami Marlins from 2014-2018, The best catching season was produced by Realmuto as well, in 2018, when he produced 4.5 WAR. The first baseman with the most career WAR is Jeff Conine with 13.7. He played for The Fish from 1993-1997. The all-time best season by a first baseman was Conine in 1996 with 3.5 WAR.
The second baseman with the most career WAR is Luis Castillo with 22.4 WAR. Castillo played for the Miami Marlins from 1996-2005. In 2000 he has the highest WAR of any Miami Marlins second baseman with 4.5 WAR.
The shortstop with the highest career WAR for the Miami Marlins is Hanley Ramirez (who else) with 26.9 WAR. He played for us from 2006-2012. The single best season for a shortstop in Miami Marlins history belongs to him as well with 7.3 WAR in 2009.

Bryan Harvey set the single season WAR record in 1993 with 4.0 and pitched with us until 1995.
