‘Full House’ Creator Jeff Franklin Lists $26.5M Property on Miami’s San Marco Island
Franklin will keep the remaining two parcels he owns on the island.
“He’s keeping two, he’s selling two,” says listing agent Eloy Carmenate. He and Mike Duchon of Corcoran hold the listing.
The sale includes permitted plans for a modern home designed by Miami architect Kobi Karp.
Waterfront rarity
“To find a property with that view and a location with 208 feet on the water is practically impossible right now,” Carmenate says of San Marco Island.
The causeway from the island is just minutes to South Beach and downtown Miami. And although it is close to the hustle and bustle of Miami, it offers “that retreat feeling,” Carmenate says.
The double lot measures 0.62 acres and comes with over 200 feet of footage on Biscayne Bay.

The string of six small islands is connected by a causeway that’s popular with runners and cyclists.
Beverly Hills home
Franklin is juggling a lot of expensive real estate at the moment. He also listed his Beverly Hills, CA, estate at the beginning of the year for a jaw-dropping $85 million.
Known as Cielo Estate, the 21,000-square-foot mansion has nine bedrooms and 18 baths. The grounds of the 3.6-acre property feature a detached guesthouse, a pool with waterfalls, and parking for 35 cars. The price was reduced to just under $70 million in April. In June, it was available for lease for $250,000 a month.
The property has a gruesome past: It was the location where members of the Manson family murdered actress Sharon Tate, among others, in1969. The home where the murders occurred was torn down.
Franklin commissioned famed architect Richard Landry to build the current, deluxe mansion in its place.
Franklin, a director and screenwriter, is best known as the creator of the ABC sitcom “Full House” and its more recent sequel on Netflix, “Fuller House.”
