Engel & Völkers Florida today announced its latest franchise expansion in Ocala, marking the brand’s second location in northern central Florida. Local market experts, TaMara and Buzzy York will lead the new real estate brokerage. The shop, which will be located at 112 S Magnolia Ave in Downtown Ocala, is currently being outfitted ahead of its grand opening in early 2023. Engel & Völkers Ocala will serve all of Marion County.

TaMara has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to her real estate career, she was a sales, leasing and finance professional in the luxury automotive industry. She then accepted a position as the Regional Manager for a marketing firm where she assisted in the growth and development of many successful Florida companies. After obtaining her real estate license, she joined a local brokerage with nearly 100 agents. She was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ during her first year in the business, ‘Top 5’ in her second year, and was presented with the ‘Total Top Volume’ award her third year. Prior to purchasing the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Ocala, she ranked as one of the highest individual volume producing agents in Marion County.
