Miami’s Design District is growing as a New York-based real estate development company has plans for a $300 million office and retail building expected to change how people feel in their work environment.

Help Equities, an affiliate of New York City-based JEMB Realty Corp., plans to develop a 500,000-square-foot building called Parterre 42, built by COOKFOX Architects, a New York-based architect.
