Chateau Artisan, a castle on a man-made island in Florida, is now for sale | Tampa
A literal island castle house once featured in Cash Money Records rapper Birdman’s music video for “Fire Flame,” is now on the market in Florida.
Located at 25791 SW 167th Ave., the perfectly symmetrical estate is called “Chateau Artisan,” and was built in 2007 by well-known Miami architect Charles Sieger as his personal home.
The eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom French chateau-style home comes with nearly 14 acres, and sits on a man-made island in the middle of a freshwater lake. It also features a terrace jacuzzi, a koi pond, and an incredible amount of grass to mow.
Chateau Artisan has been on and off the market for years, but is currently asking
$19.7 million. The listing agent is Carlos Justo of EXP Realty.
