Here are the top five stories in Miami today:
1. A new law signed by Governor Ron DeSantis allows police to crackdown on drivers for loud music. Captain Tim McCarthy with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department says the fun is over for drivers playing loud music. The fine will be $150 when enforced. (WPLG Local 10)
2. Antisemitic flyers found at several neighborhoods in South Florida have now been found in Parkland, authorities said, drawing concern from residents. Officials with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Threat Management Unit said people started finding the flyers on Tuesday. Police stressed it is not a crime. (WSVN)
3. The arrival of Tri-Rail in downtown Miami remains delayed from a previously announced November date. Steven Abrams, executive director of South Florida Regional Authority (SFRTA), was unable to give a final date for project completion and the start of operation of Tri-Rail’s trains at the downtown station. (Miami Today)
4. Parallel, a multi-state medical marijuana operator, recently announced the opening of a new Surterra Wellness medical marijuana dispensary in Kendall becoming the third Surterra location in Miami-Dade County. The dispensary is located at 10755 SW 72 Street. The new location comes amid growing demand. (Miami’s Community News)
5. True Food Kitchen, the “health-focused” restaurant chain co-founded by Oprah Winfrey’s resident medical expert Dr. Andrew Weil, has opened its first-ever Miami location inside the Falls shopping center at 888 SW 136th Street. Winfrey is also an investor in the concept. (Eater Miami)

- One year after the deadly Surfside condo collapse took 98 lives, condominium sales prices there and in nearby Miami Beach are down noticeably. (Subscription: Wall Street Journal)
- Assistant Director of Recruiting Edwin Pata and quarterbacks coach Frank Ponce have both sent out cryptic tweets ahead of what could be a big Friday for recruitment for the Miami football program. (Fansided)
