Netflix has announced its lineup of real estate and home renovation programming for the year, including six new series that will premiere on the streaming platform this summer and fall.

Kicking off the slate this summer is the previously announced How to Build a Sex Room (pictured) from ITV America and High Noon Entertainment, which debuts on July 8.

Premiering on August 10 is the new series Instant Dream Home (8 x 45 min.). Described as part home reno show and part heist movie, the series will follow families who have their homes totally transformed and radically improved in just one day. The show is produced by Critical Content, with executive producers Tom Forman, George Verschoor, David Metzler, Jenny Daly, Jon Beyer, Bob Asher, Sue Langham and Courtney Sanders.

On August 24, the real estate docusoap Selling the OC (8 x 30 min.) hits the service. This spin-off of the hit Netflix series Selling Sunset follows a fresh set of realtors as they compete to establish themselves at The Oppenheim Group’s second office on the Orange County coast. The series comes from Done and Done Productions and Lionsgate, with  Adam DiVello, Sundee Manusakis, Suzy Ratner, Kristofer Lindquist and Skyler Wakil all serving as executive producers.

Premiering on September 21 is Designing Miami (8 x 40 min.), which follows husband-and-wife design team Eilyn and Ray Jimenezas they juggle their clients’ needs, their staffs of young designers, their families (some of whom are also contractors) and their relationship with each other. The show comes from Wheelhouse’s Spoke Studios, and is executive produced by Eric Wattenberg, Will Nothacker, Deanna Markoff and Luke Neslage.

Making its debut later this fall is the new real estate docusoap Buying Beverly Hills (8 x 40 min.). The series follows Mauricio Umansky, head of Beverly Hills firm The Agency, and his team of agents (including his daughters Farrah and Alexia) as they serve their glitzy clientele. Wheelhouse’s Spoke Studios produces the series along with Just Entertainment, with executive producers Brent Montgomery, Will Nothacker, Justin W. Hochberg, Liz Fine, Adam Sher, Deanna Markoff, Ed Simpson, Michael Call, Steven Drieu and Sara Chamberlain.

Finally, also debuting later this fall is Buy My House (6 x 30 min.), which finds homeowners from across America coming to sell their properties, on the spot, to one of four real estate tycoons. Combining unique homes, heartfelt backstories and tough negotiations, the show is produced by Critical Content and is executive produced by Tom Forman, Jenny Daly, Matthew Pickel, Moira Ross and Dan Morando.

Netflix also announced that production will begin on two new seasons of Selling Sunset later this summer.
