32-year-old Robert Rivani is skyrocketing to real estate greatness. The American entrepreneur, real estate innovator and visionary continues to amass impressive growth for his real estate investment company, Black Lion. Unsurprisingly, Robert’s diligence and passion for the industry led him to take unsought, abandoned sites and transform them into thriving retail and entertainment destinations. Additionally, Rivani established his presence in the industry by forming relationships with like-minded entrepreneurs. Through his network of restaurants, retail owners and real estate industry veterans, he has curated unique luxury lifestyle experiences at his properties across the country.

Rivani explains, “If you think that you’ll be successful by listening to someone’s podcast or reading a book, it’s not enough. Instead, you have to be willing to live, eat, and breathe what you want to do to truly succeed.” He continues, “It’s better to work with someone who has the grit and desire to work than someone who’s book smart. Passion and hard work beat talent every day.” 

Rivani envisions Black Lion becoming a billion-dollar brand. He aims to dovetail its success and focus on creating divisions within the company for hospitality and lifestyle, mixed-use commercial and residential buildings.
