Tampa Ranks In Top 10 U.S. Markets for Real Estate Investment
It wasn’t just Tampa. HALF of the top 10 markets to invest in real estate were here in Florida in a new analysis from 24/7 Wall Street.
They found that about a 1/4 of the homes in Tampa area sold were snatched up by investors. 24.2% to be exact. The median home price was right around $390,000. That means almost $1.6 billion in the total value of investment home sales for the 4th quarter of 2021 alone. That landed Tampa in the #8 spot. So which cities ranked higher? Take a look below.
