Miami was able to force a Game 7 and nearly came back to win before losing in a close game on Sunday. They were sent home in disappointment — and Draymond took a jab at them for being ‘motivated’ by his previous words:
“It was exciting to know that people pay that much attention to my words and what I say. Wow. They really watched what I had to say and that motivated them? I’m getting better at this motivational thing. That’s great,” Green said.
Draymond isn’t going to stop his trash talk, but it might serve him best to slow his role for the upcoming Finals. After beating the Nets, Bucks, and Heat, the C’s have proven they are cut above the rest of the competition.
Even for a Warriors team loaded with talent and experience, Boston will be a tough challenge and they will not go down without a major fight.
