Miami PD Needs Help Finding 84-Year-Old Joseph Downs – CBS Miami

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Police Department needs the public’s help locating 84-year-old Joseph Downs.

Downs, who suffers from a heart condition, was last seen in the Little Haiti area on Wednesday.

He was wearing a blue shirt and gray pants. The 84-year-old stands 5-feet 10-inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
