Ohad Fisherman of Societe Real Estate represented the buyer in the deal, and Miltiadis Kastanis of Douglas Elliman represented the seller for both residences.
Antonio Citterio, in collaboration with Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, designed Arte with Miami’s 1930s architectural heritage in mind. Nodding to the legacy of ancient landmarks such as the Colosseum, the building features a Roman travertine façade articulated with broad expanses of sliding glass doors and a gridded bronze Schuco window system.
