The Miami luxury real estate market is booming. According to figures recently released by the Miami Association of Realtors®, the average sales price of single-family homes increased in February 81.1% year-over-year while the average sales price of condos increased 62.1%. Furthermore, the dollar volume of single-family homes sold increased 124.0% during that same time period while the dollar volume of condoss sold increased 130.7%.
